Project 1: Building an Innovation Ecosystem for a Leading Venture Capital Firm
The Challenge
A prominent venture capital firm in the Middle East sought to strengthen its healthcare innovation portfolio by creating a robust pipeline of vetted, investment-ready startups. They needed a structured program to identify promising healthcare entrepreneurs and accelerate their development.
Our Approach
We designed and delivered an extended healthcare innovation accelerator combining education, mentorship, and business development. The program included over 40 hours of specialized lectures covering healthcare market dynamics, regulatory pathways, and product development strategies; 20 hours of hands-on technical mentorship focusing on product validation and R&D strategy; and 10 hours of business coaching addressing fundraising, pitch development, and go-to-market planning.
The Impact
The program successfully created a structured innovation pipeline, equipping participating startups with both technical capabilities and business acumen needed to attract investment. The venture capital firm gained access to a curated cohort of healthcare innovators with validated concepts and clear commercialization pathways.
